With the advent of social media and the popularity of moving image, video is being increasingly used. However, having more options does not mean that you have to use them. I have found that simplicity is the key. The videos with the widest social reach are either 15 or 30 seconds and generally use aerial as well as interior footage to give the audience a brief but beautiful insight into the property before they scroll down their news feed. 

Here are an example of recent videos that I have created, bear in mind that they also contain the branding and layout as prescribed by the bank or real estate company. These generic features are a tool to keep brand recognition whilst viewing on various digital platforms.
